The Focus of My Work

The focus of my work is on those companies that commit to creating healthy and thriving cultures. Companies that make a conscious decision to base their organization on such principles as integrity, honesty, teamwork, fun, innovation, collaboration, flexible.

My work starts at the beginning - the strategic planning of the company. If an organization deems the culture as a priority it needs to be embedded as part of what will be done and how. When the principles of a healthy culture are woven into the very objectives of the organization they can become a touchstone for the employees of the organization. It provides all members of the organization with a common set of principles to work from.

I work with organizations on strategic planning, defining vision and values, leadership development, team development, communication, one-on-one coaching.

Through my 25 years of consulting I have worked with fortune 500 companies as well as young start-ups. From nationwide banks to international pharmaceutical companies to steel distributors and fertilizer producers. The exposure to the culture of all of those organizations has been an invaluable source for understanding what constitutes a healthy culture and working environment and what constitutes unhealthy cultures and working environments.
